Return and Refund Policy

• The ground shipping (if selected) will be waived for orders of $250.00 or more.   
• You must have a valid shipping address on file with Vita Research Group.  
• No credits will be given to complaints that are received after 30 days from the date of purchase.  
• No refunds/credits will be given on soft gel products or products formulated with live organisms.  
• No refunds/credits will be given on private label items. Patient returns are accepted for full credit.  Drop Shipments include a $6.00 handling fee plus shipping charges.   

Please contact our Customer Service department at info@VitaResearchGroup.com with the product name, lot number and number of bottles you wish to return. Return request will be reviewed and processed. Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender. If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents. Please call us as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damage product must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
